🔧 Flashing your LITE interface to version "C" for Diagbox
Do you have an interface with the number 963830B or 921815B ?
The "B" indicates that it is a LITE interface , requiring an update to be correctly detected in Diagbox.
🔍 Identify your interface:

921815C or 963830C ➜ ✅ FULL CHIP interface
➡️ You can proceed directly to the installation and launch of Diagbox. -
963830B or 921815B ➜ ⚠️ LITE interface
➡️ You absolutely must flash the interface for it to be recognized in Diagbox.
⚠️ Important note : Although this flash does not guarantee improved performance, it is essential to ensure compatibility with the software.
❓ What is a FULL CHIP interface?
A FULL CHIP interface contains all the electronic components necessary to communicate with the vast majority of computers , from the late 90s to today.
It also offers enhanced electrical protection , preventing any potential damage to your computer.
🛠️ Flashing procedure to upgrade your LITE interface to version "C"
1. Download the necessary software:

2. Connecting the interface:

Connect your LITE probe (USB) to your PC.

Launch the PSA Interface Checker software.
3. Flashing steps:
STEP 1:
Click on ACTIVATE
STEP 2:
Click on SERIAL REFERENCE
STEP 3:
Click on SELECT FILE
➡️ Select the file:
firmware_NLC_pour flash serial B to C.COM
Then click on DOWNLOADING
Waiting time:
Let the process run until you see the message:
DOWNLOAD FAILED!!!
➡️ This indicates that the procedure is complete.
The green LED on the interface should come back on.
4. Finalization:

Disconnect the USB interface.

Plug it back in.

Restart PSA Interface Checker and repeat the following steps:

Click on ACTIVATE

Click on VERSION

Click on SERIAL REFERENCE

➡️ Check that the information has been updated.
