GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
Article 1 — Purpose and Enforceability
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all sales made on the website autodiag-france.com , operated by:

Hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we" or "the Seller".
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use apply to any consumer or professional Client purchasing a product or service on the site, including digital products (software, licenses, activations, downloads, virtual machines, files).
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, which prevail over any other document.
The Company reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in effect on the date of the order.
The photographs and screenshots visible on the Site are not contractual .
Article 2 — Customer Contact
Customer support and technical assistance are available exclusively via email:
For any request, the Customer must specify: name, surname, order number and detailed description of the problem.
Article 3 — Definitions
Client : a natural or legal person making a purchase on the Site.
Products : software, files, virtual machines, licenses, diagnostic tools, hardware, training and digital content.
Order : any purchase validated and paid for via the Site.
Geographic area : France, French overseas departments and territories, European Union and international area subject to restrictions specific to certain digital products.
Digital product : any file, software, activation key, license or content delivered by download.
Article 4 — Order
The Customer selects Products, adds them to the basket, enters their information, chooses a delivery method (if applicable) and confirms the order after payment.
The sale is considered concluded when payment is accepted.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any suspicious, fraudulent or inconsistent order.
Article 5 — Availability
Products are offered as long as they are visible on the Site.
In the event of exceptional unavailability after ordering, the Customer is notified by email and refunded within 30 days.
For digital products, availability is presumed to be permanent except for maintenance or voluntary withdrawal of the product.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal (Important — Digital Products)
6.1 Physical Products
The Customer has a legal period of 30 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is new, unused, complete and in its original packaging .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6.2 Digital products (software, files, activations, downloads)
❗ IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE L221-28 OF THE CONSUMER CODE:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun after prior agreement of the consumer.
By purchasing software, activation, download, or a virtual machine from the site, the Customer:
✔ expressly accepts the immediate execution of the service
✔ waives their right of withdrawal once the product has been downloaded or sent.
Therefore, a delivered (or downloadable) digital order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Article 7 — Reimbursements
7.1 Physical Products
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return.
7.2 Digital Products
No refunds are possible after delivery of the file, license or download link .
Additional costs (insurance, tips, services) are non-refundable.
Article 8 — Price
Prices are expressed in euros (€) including VAT.
They can be changed at any time.
Promotions, coupons and discount codes cannot be combined with each other.
Article 9 — Payment

Checks are not accepted.
Article 10 — Transfer of Ownership and Risks
Physical products become the property of the Customer after full payment.
For digital products, delivery takes place upon sending the download link or the file.
Article 11 — Delivery
Applicable to physical products only.
Estimated delivery times mentioned when placing the order.
In case of an incorrect address, a reshipment fee will be charged.
The customer is required to check their package and, if necessary, to make reservations with the carrier.
Article 12 — Digital Products: Operation, Compatibility and Limitations
The Client acknowledges having read the essential information concerning:

Versions

Hardware or software limitations

A functional and compliant computer is required.
The Company is not responsible for:

Incorrect handling

Incorrect installations

Software or antivirus conflicts

Incompatibilities due to using equipment different from that recommended
Article 13 — Legal Guarantees (Conformity & Hidden Defects)
In accordance with articles L217-3 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code and 1641 of the Civil Code.
Digital products are guaranteed against:

Downloads unavailable

Activations will not function if the Client strictly follows the tutorial.
The warranty does not cover:

misuse
-
files modified by the Client
-
errors related to the Client's equipment
Article 14 — Limitation of Liability
The Company cannot be held liable:

of improper use of diagnostic tools
-
mechanical or electronic damage caused by improper handling
-
of data or file loss on the Client's computer
-
consequences related to a third-party tool (VCI, interface, cable, PC)
No advice given by email can be held against the Company.
Article 15 — Intellectual Property
All content, text, tutorials, images and files on the Site are protected.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Article 16 — Personal Data (GDPR)
The Company collects data in order to:

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute:
