Function to be activated via VCDS - VAG-COM software
Option description:
Allows you to disable the audible alarm and the warning light on the instrument panel when driving without a seatbelt.
Warning: This modification does not work on all A4 (B6) models. On some European vehicles, the seatbelt warning system is already deactivated.

Option 1: Replace the second-to-last digit of the encoding (00xxx ? 1) with 0 .
Option 2: (If the second-to-last digit of the encoding is already 0 ). Subtract 2 from the first two digits of the encoding (00 ?? xx1).
For example, if the initial coding (with seatbelt alarm) is: 03101 (therefore, option 2 was chosen)
To disable the seatbelt alarm, simply recode it as follows: 01101 (03 – 02 = 01)
